Another emergency kit for Bitwarden and KeePass, but designed as a workbook.
An “emergency kit” to create a physical backup (printer-friendly) and recover access to your password manager (Bitwarden or KeePass).
[!TIP] You can also use it on Microsoft Excel for Web and Mobile.

Why not? It might not be a brand-new idea, but I was inspired by the Bitwarden security readiness kit and the KeePass emergency sheet to create a version as a workbook for both password managers.
It includes some extra (but simple) features just for fun:
| A simple theme selector. |
| A simple password strength calculator. |
| A simple key file composer for KeePass. |
| A custom checklist for Bitwarden. |
Download the workbook (.xlsx) (from the releases), open it, start filling in the cells marked in blue. You can then print it or protect it with a strong password using a recent version of Microsoft Excel.
[!NOTE] The sheets are protected by default (without a password) to preserve formulas, formatting, and avoid errors. You can unprotect the cells if you wish.
[!IMPORTANT] Although this workbook was created in Microsoft Excel 2024, it can be opened in other spreadsheet editors like LibreOffice Calc and Google Sheets. However, some features might not render correctly, such as conditional formatting, specific cell alignment, or the
VSTACKfunction (exclusive to modern Microsoft Excel).
All credits go to the original creators (and to me for remixing their work into this workbook).
